How many muscles did you exercise today?

We are our actions and not our talk. Talk is cheap, action requires effort. Do you have the muscle to do the work? For you to have the muscle, you need to build it and muscle is built by consistent exercise. So, you want to be rich, successful, happy, creative. Are you putting in the consistent reps and set which will exercise the muscle to be rich, successful, happy, creative? Build a strong foundation of muscles on which a great life can be crafted is achievable.



How many muscles did you exercise today is a reminder to question the amount of work you put in before wondering why did you not achieve your goals? It is a simple mind exercise to assess the volume and quality of work you have put in before expecting miraculous results.


All this is some concept, some big idea, let us get into something practical

Question -  You want to be creative at work?
Think - What did you create today? A dish, a painting, an article, music, a smile on someone’s face, joy in someone’s heart etc. etc. 

Question -  You want to be successful in life?
Think - Other than playing games on your phone, which game of your life did you get into and went all out to win. Where did you put in the last bit of your energy with the intent of being successful?

Question -  You want to rich?
Think - What did you do today to make yourself more valuable to others that they would be willing to pay you more money?

Question -  You want to happy?
Think - We have been programmed to the extent that we strongly believe that we need money to be happy. What if we don’t have money today. What if we have money but are not yet happy?

The bottom line is that we have exercise our body consistently to get strong muscles. Similarly, we need to consistently exercise different parts of our life to hope to get the outcomes we want.

Hoping, wishing and talking will get you nowhere. The consistent exercise of acting will take you some where closer to your goals.

So how many muscles will you exercise tomorrow?
How many muscles will stay exercised consistently?
