Sleep hack: how to get to sleep fast

It happens to me all the time, its late in the night and I can't fall off to sleep. I figured out a simple hack which would get me snoring (yes i snore) within 30 minutes. I figured out a sleep hack which would keep me away from staring at the phone screen while struggling to go to sleep. 

Nuts and bolts of the sleep hack 

  • Read a book 
  • The hack will be even more effective if you dislike reading. 
  • Read an old-fashioned paper book. 
  • No reading from a screen. Kindles, mobile phone and laptops don't qualify for the hack 
  • Read fiction 
  • Preferably read literature or a biography/ autobiography.

Build a habit of reading before sleeping and you will doze of faster than ever and a month down the line you would have read a book. Imagine reading 10-12 books over a year. Imagine picking up a great habit while sleeping faster.
