Time is a great equalizer. Be it the most successful or the least successful person of the world, each start off with 24 hours in their days. However, high performance situations require as tackling challenging issues and coming up in with solutions faster are quicker. Hence time is critical resource in the tool box of high-performance individuals. In the context of managing one’s time we will get advice, dime a dozen of what to do with one’s time. I focus on what not to do with my time. I just avoid activities which take away from performance in terms of the time or the energy and focus left to tackle life goals.
